Identification of key position and organisation mapping. Depending on allocated time this is done through one or all of the following: cold calling, sourcing professionals in the same sector, associations, Web 2.0 search strategies, etc.  

First approaches and in depth telephone interviews, to establish interest and suitability of potential candidates in relation to established job description and client requirements. 

Telephone interviews followed up with profiles or CV’s 

Weekly Progress Reports in which all contacts and assembled information is reflected.

Arranging interviews if necessary.

Presence in interviewing process if language barrier is a problem.

Reporting

One of our priorities is to maintain open and regular communication with our clients throughout the assignment. This may be done via telephone conversations or e-mail, on a daily basis if necessary. You will receive weekly updated progress reports which include all information obtained about candidates or market place. This allows us to adapt the research if necessary and guarantee quality and the correct end results.
